Shipping Policy

At SUHISU, every order is prepared with care and precision. We aim to deliver each piece of jewelry safely, beautifully packaged, and on time — wherever you are.


1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days and dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Our logistics partners operate Monday–Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always strive to minimize delays.


2. Change of Delivery Address

You may request a delivery address change before your order has been dispatched by contacting us at info@suhisu.com. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot reroute or refund packages sent to an incorrect address. If a parcel is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, SUHISU cannot issue a refund.


3. Shipping Fees

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over £50 | €55 | $65 depending on your region.
For orders under £50 | €55 | $65, the following shipping fees apply:

4. Estimated Delivery Times

All delivery estimates below are in business days (weekends and holidays excluded). Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Delivery times are average estimates. Actual times may vary slightly due to customs or local postal processing.

5. Out of Stock Items

If any item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we’ll notify you immediately and ship the remaining items or issue a refund for the unavailable product.


6. Delivery Delays

If your delivery time exceeds the estimated business days listed above, please contact us at info@suhisu.com. We’ll open an investigation with our logistics partners and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


7. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery where possible and contact info@suhisu.com immediately. If the parcel was delivered while you were away, please share clear photos so our team can assist you promptly.


8. Lost or Delivered Parcels

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please contact us.
SUHISU will investigate with the courier; however, we cannot guarantee replacement for parcels confirmed as delivered by the shipping provider. All shipments are insured up to their order value in the event of loss or damage before confirmed delivery.


9. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes determined by local authorities. These fees are not included in the product or shipping prices and are the customer’s responsibility. SUHISU is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


10. Cancellations

You may cancel your order any time before dispatch by contacting info@suhisu.com. Once shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy for returns or exchanges.
